Ad campaigns are subject to compliance with local MLS and board rules and guidelines and include:
- Coming Soon AD (where allowed and in compliance with clear cooperation)
- Just Listed AD
- Under Contract AD (once, not for multiple contracts)
- Price reduction AD (once)
- Sold
Additional Details:
- AD to be approved by every agent 24 hours before posting for errors, updates, etc.
- Generated through the agen’ts KW Command or individual FB Ad Account (account access needed)
- Ad spend per AD is set by the agent (ex: $5 per ad)
- Email blast to the database for new listing through Command
- Orders MUST be placed 3 business days before going coming soon or active and MUST have photos links and property description completed.
