Updated Caravan Standards
Caravans are on the “Second” and “Fourth” Monday of each
month.
Caravans will rotate between North homes and South homes.
Listings must be submitted no later than the prior Friday at
5pm.
One Listing per Agent, per caravan.
Maximum of 7 homes on each caravan.
First agent to the home unlocks the door, the last one out,
locks up.
Everyone goes on the tour and can move along at their own
pace.
Haves and Needs must be posted on the white boards
between 8am and 8:15am.
Any special instructions for the homes on caravan must be
provided between 8am and 8:15am.
Weekly Stats will be handed out at approx 8:30am, just prior
to the caravan beginning.
